Delete Account / Data
Fitra360 gives you full control over your account and your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time using either method below.
Option 1: Delete from inside the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Fitra360 app:
- Open the Fitra360 app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap "Delete My Data" or "Delete My Account".
- Confirm the deletion.
Your account and all associated data will be queued for deletion immediately.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, or you prefer to request deletion in writing, email us at hello@fitra360.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your Fitra360 account so we can verify your identity. We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days:
- Your account profile and login credentials.
- Your wellness profile and lifestyle inputs.
- Your uploaded DNA files and any derived genetic insights.
- Your uploaded blood work and lab results.
- Your biometric and tracking data.
- Your personalized wellness plan history.
- Your in-app activity and usage data.
We also instruct all of our data processors to delete your data within the same timeframe.
What may be retained
We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself, and any data we are legally required to keep, such as basic transaction records required by tax or accounting laws. This retained data does not include your health data, genetic data, or wellness inputs.
